The only slight negative was postage took a bit of time.

I am very pleased with my new watch from The Watchly! I didn’t like the first one I chose, however the customer service was great via the online chat. I returned it with free postage and received a full credit the following day. The watch I then chose was a little cheaper and I was issued a refund of the difference immediately after placing my order. My new watch was received in less than 24 hours, it is great quality and I think it looks lovely. Very pleased with my purchase and the overall service.
